KarieraManagera.pl is Poland's first career portal focused on managers in middle, upper and top positions solely. The founders and creators of the site are Nikolaus von Nathusius and Maciej Krzysztofik.

Poland's management elite is similar to that of other countries in the "New Europe". In comparison to Western Europe or in other first world markets, where the economies have slowly developed and matured over the past few decades, there is, however, one major difference. Managers are usually much younger in the “New Europe”. This obvious lack of older senior level managers on the Polish market offers young, well-educated and ambitious managers an opportunity for fast track career progress. Such career development requires external support.

KarieraManagera.pl was created to fill this information gap. KarieraManagera.pl would like to serve as a platform for dynamic and entrepreneurial managers and provide them with related career information and offer the necessary guidance and support as required as they advance progressively higher up the career ladder. The central focus of the site is the provision of high quality editorial content that includes not only relevant articles, but also useful services, catalogues, rankings, templates, as well as job offers. This approach is much different to that of standard job sites that focus primarily on job change (job ads), rather than career growth.
