Key responsibilities

• Developing new business opportunities in the fish industry between Poland and the Netherlands
• Actively acquiring new clients and commercial partners
• Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers
• Monitoring market trends, price developments and commercial opportunities
• Conducting negotiations on pricing, volumes, contracts and delivery terms
• Preparing commercial offers and cooperation agreements
• Working closely with internal departments such as logistics, planning, finance and administration
• Monitoring margins, payment terms and sales performance
• Visiting clients and production or processing sites
• Regular business travel to Poland
• Reporting results and developments directly to Management

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales; international trade experience is a strong advantage
• Experience in the food or fish industry is preferred
• Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics
• Fluent in Polish and Dutch
• Good command of English
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• High level of independence, initiative and result orientation
• Willingness to travel regularly

Location: The Netherlands
Business travel: Regular travel to Poland
