Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while driving business expansion. This role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering value-driven solutions, and ensuring long-term partnerships. The position requires limited travel to meet clients and support relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to overall business development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients
  • Conduct monthly client visits across different cities to strengthen relationships and support business growth
  • Monitor client feedback and market trends to recommend improvements or new offerings

What we expect

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (once per month)
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Polish/English required
