We are seeking a Business Development Specialist/Area Sales Manager for our client, a global supplier of advanced low-voltage switchgear systems and modular enclosures.

This role requires a solid technical foundation, appropriate knowledge and attitude, experience in the low-voltage enclosures sector, a strong understanding of technical drawings, and sales capabilities.

Crucially, the position demands significant availability for travel - over 60% of work time involves business travel across Poland and internationally.

Your tasks

  • Achieve predefined sales goals, focusing on growing sales volume, market share, and profitability
  • Prepare and execute a plan for effectively searching for new leads
  • Work with potential clients to convert them into loyal customers
  • Negotiate prices and cooperation contracts with clients
  • Conduct client visits, including thorough preparation and execution of a visit plan
  • Lead presentations of the company and products for potential and existing clients
  • Conduct training sessions for leads and clients
  • Define client requirements and specifications and cooperate closely with the technical department regarding new product development
  • Stay current with electrical standards, specifications, and modifications
  • Prepare offers for clients, including detailed price calculations and new product information
  • Handle invoicing
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts
  • Participate in domestic and international trade fairs and exhibitions

What we expect

  • Mandatory experience (approx. 3 years) in the specific domain of low-voltage enclosures (obudowy niskiego napięcia)
  • Solid understanding of technical specifications in the technomodular branch
  • A strong technical mindset is necessary to grasp modular systems (e.g., switchgear cabinets)
  • English C1 proficiency (mandatory)
  • Polish proficiency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications and Salesforce
