Customer Renewal Manager
Location: based in Warsaw, Poland (serving international clients)

About the Role: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Customer Renewal Manager to manage contract renewals for the international client base. This is an individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities, focused on delivering exceptional customer experience and ensuring smooth renewal processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute the contract renewal process for international clients.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing teams to align on actual strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the legal team for contract negotiations and agreements.
  • Manage all aspects of the contract renewal process, including quoting, negotiated paperwork, customer PO/approval process, follow-up on late payments.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Analyse client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Monitor retention metrics and provide regular reporting.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (mandatory language tests will be provided).
  • About 3 years of previous experience in B2B customer-facing roles,
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, great communication skills,
  • Strong analytical skills (analytic tests are part of the recruitment project),
  • Excellent organisational skills, positive and pro-active person, results-driven mindset.
