We are currently partnering with a dynamic and growing SSC organization to find an experienced leader for the role of Director of Finance SSC / GBS Transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with a strong finance background and proven experience in SSC/GBS environments, who is motivated to drive transformation, optimize processes, and shape the future direction of a developing shared services structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Finance SSC function
  • Lead the transformation of the organization from a transactional model to a more advanced, efficiency-driven and business-oriented setup
  • Oversee core finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR), ensuring standardization, quality, and scalability
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of managers, building strong leadership capabilities within the SSC structure
  • Act as a key partner to global stakeholders, collaborating closely with corporate and local teams
  • Support transition and integration of new processes into the SSC
  • Monitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Extensive leadership experience within SSC/GBS and finance operations environments
  • Strong track record of managing end-to-end finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR)
  • Proven experience in transformation, optimization, or scaling of shared services organizations
  • Solid background in finance and/or accounting, with practical process understanding
  • Experience in leading managers and building high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrix environment and manage senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
  • Fluency in English
