We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Group Procurement Project Manager
to lead procurement initiatives across local markets and support group-level excellence programs. You’ll act as a key link between central and local procurement teams, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with sustainability and regulatory frameworks such as SEDEX, EUDR, and ESG.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement projects across markets, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate between central and local teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with SEDEX, EUDR, and ESG standards.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, and supplier data using procurement tools.
  • Drive process improvements and supplier performance.
  • Support and coach local procurement teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/auditors.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the procurement network.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, project management, or supply chain.
  • Experience with SEDEX, SMETA audits, and/or EUDR compliance is a strong plus.
  • Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Coupa and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
  • English B2/C1
