HR Digital Transformation Manager

Our client, a manufacturing group, a leading international organisation, is looking for an HR Digital Transformation Manager to join their Group HR team. This is a unique opportunity to drive HR transformation across a global business and play a key role in shaping future-oriented HR processes.

About the role
As HR Project Manager (Digitalisation), you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s system, harmonise HR processes across all entities, and co-develop additional HR systems (e.g., time & attendance in production). You will act as the bridge between HR, IT, system providers, and business stakeholders, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and an enhanced employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage system HRIS (Rexx) implementation and development
  • Harmonise and optimise HR processes across the Group
  • Integrate additional HR-related systems (time & attendance, production)
  • Liaise with HR, IT, providers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure effective HR data management, reporting, and analytics
  • Develop and roll out digital HR tools and self-service workflows
  • Provide training and support to HR colleagues and managers
  • Monitor HR technology trends and propose innovations
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and HR regulations
  • Support change management and communication initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an asset
  • Proven HRIS/HR Technology implementation expertise (Rexx, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance, learning, etc.)
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, ERP/HRIS, process mapping tools)
  • Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on approach
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and cultural awareness
