Your tasks

  • Managing exhibition stand construction projects
  • Communication with the design department and consultations on stand concepts with designers
  • Preparation and monitoring of the schedule
  • Analysis and compliance with trade fair regulations
  • International customer service, i.e., correspondence and participation in conference calls
  • Maintaining good customer relationships
  • Coordinating the production of technical drawings
  • Supervising the assembly and dismantling of stands in various locations, traveling on business trips
  • Placing trade fair orders
  • Preparing project estimates and ongoing budget control
  • Collaborating with the sales department to acquire new customers and service existing ones
  • Continuously seeking new solutions to improve the quality of services offered by the company
