Your tasks

  • Strengthen and deepen existing OEM relationships as your first priority by coordinating regularly with procurement, engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.

  • Support serial production stability while actively identifying opportunities for an increased share of business and new RFQs.

  • Gradually expand our client's footprint to additional OEM or Tier-1 customers based on existing qualification and serial production foundation.

  • Pace all market expansion in line with internal capacity and readiness to ensure service excellence.

  • Support  market presence through professional participation in customer meetings, visits, and audits to strengthen the credibility of Poland facility

What we expect

  • You possess proven experience in the European wind energy sector or a related industrial supply chain.

  • You have had direct exposure to OEM or Tier-1 serial production environments throughout your career.

  • You are thoroughly familiar with supplier qualification and strategic account management processes.

  • You demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively beyond the procurement level when technical or strategic alignment is necessary.

  • You feel comfortable working independently and taking initiative within a lean organizational structure.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You ideally bring existing relationships within European wind OEM or Tier-1 networks.

  • You have a solid understanding of the different sourcing strategies employed by major OEMs.
