Your tasks

  • Build and grow the "Embedded Software Platforms" team into a self-organized unit with
    strong entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Provide both disciplinary and technical leadership, offering continuous support and
    empowerment. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Promote the personal, methodological, and technical development of all team members.
  • Ensure the team has the right skills and capacity to execute the roadmap effectively.
    Encourage knowledge sharing and a customer-centric mindset in addressing use cases
    and solutions.
