For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Senior PMO - International Project
Location: hybrid (UAE - cyclic delegations) and remote from Poland
Branch: Multinational Professional Services Network

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 4 months)
Rate: up to 180 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: August 2025
Working hours: Business working hours (Polish time) and UTC +4 (UAE)

• Independently managing internal and client-facing projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with C-level stakeholders
• Developing the PMO service offering and building relationships with international clients
• Supporting the growth of the PMO team through mentoring and coaching
• Actively engaging within Client global network

• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing large-scale projects or holding a senior-level PMO role
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Proven experience working with executive-level management
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBoK, PRINCE2, SAFe, IPMA B+)
• Strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset

• Proficiency in German or other foreign languages
• Experience in business development and presenting proposals to C-level executives
