We are looking for a Project Manager with French.
Location: Wrocław | Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Conduct risk management to minimise project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Business Case creation & update.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
- Experience in SSC organisations (3+ years).
- Experience in Finance, Accounting or Controlling (3+ years).
- Experience in Finance projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding Business Case principles.
- English C1
