Fluency in spoken and written English.
Actively support military equipment sales processes, with a particular emphasis on Main Battle Tanks (MBTs) and wheeled armored vehicles.
Leverage military experience and expertise in the operation of the Polish Armed Forces and regional security.
Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders: The Ministry of Defence (in particular IU, AU, DPZ), The Ministry of State Assets, politicians, defence industry representatives, and other government institutions.
Provide strategic advice on the equipment and modernization needs of the Polish Armed Forces.
Work with Korean partners on joint defense projects, including the willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and overtime).
Participate in the preparation of bids, tender documents, and sales presentations.
Represent the company at high-level meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
In-depth knowledge of Polish military equipment, particularly MBTs and wheeled armored vehicles.
A very good knowledge of the operation of the Polish Armed Forces and the security environment in the region.
A wide network of contacts in government, military, and industrial environments (MON, MAP, politicians, defence industry).
High interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to operate in an international environment.
