• Lead the transition and integration of STP processes into the BSC, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and documentation
• Drive process efficiency and standardization, meeting predefined performance targets
• Manage and develop the STP team, including goal setting, KPI tracking and performance reviews
• Oversee recruitment planning and talent selection for the hub
• Ensure accurate month-end closing, proper accounting entries, compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Continuously improve STP processes based on feedback and business needs
• Support automation and optimization initiatives to enhance process quality and reduce operational costs
• Provide budget recommendations and contribute to strategic planning
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and other stakeholders to align and improve cross-functional processes

• 5-8 years in Accounts Payable, including leadership in a global BSC
• Strong analytical, project management and people leadership skills
• Experience with SAP and other ERP systems; knowledge of automation tools (e.g. RPA, BPM)
• Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages are a plus
• Experience in procurement considered a strong asset
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
