Our client is a modern, technology‑oriented factoring institution offering a wide range of digital financing solutions. The company combines financial expertise with fintech‑driven innovation to deliver best‑in‑class products and intuitive platforms for its clients. To support the scaling of product strategy, the organization is looking for a Director of Product & Project Management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company’s product strategy across traditional factoring, online factoring and automated financing solutions.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from market analysis and concept design through implementation and launch.
  • Lead a portfolio of strategic and technology projects, including system development, process automation and API integrations.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap in close cooperation with the Management Board.
  • Manage and develop a team of Product Owners and Project Managers.
  • Collaborate with IT, Sales, Risk and Operations to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in product or project management within financial services, ideally in factoring or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, digital platforms and system architecture.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives and delivering complex technology projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance business and technical perspectives.
  • Fluent English (B2+/C1).
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Technology.
