Project Manager – Product Launch (FMCG/Pharma)

Our client is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to support the growing pipeline of New Product Introductions (NPI) across Export Markets. With a newly structured organization and increased focus on launching innovations between 2025 and 2030, this role is key to accelerating project delivery and modernizing project management practices.
This is not a software or pharmaceutical R&D project management role. It’s about managing fast-paced, product-focused projects in consumer goods environment—where agility, structure, and efficiency matter.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to launching new products in Export Markets.
  • Handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Apply structured, goal-oriented approaches to project execution.
  • Support the modernization of project management practices, including Agile-inspired methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines, resources, and priorities.
  • Prepare documentation and contribute to process improvements.

What our client is looking for:
  • Proven experience in managing product-related projects, ideally in FMCG, Pharma, or similar industries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured, target-driven way.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to manage complexity across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus—especially if you can help adapt and apply them to a non-IT environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
