• Net salary of USD 6,500 per month while working onboard

Your responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the onboard housekeeping team
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across guest accommodations and public areas
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure consistent compliance with brand standards
• Plan staffing levels, work schedules and departmental workflows
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Manage inventories, supplies, budgets and departmental cost control
• Cooperate closely with Guest Services, Technical and other onboard departments
• Handle guest concerns professionally and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety requirements
• Promote a respectful, safe and performance-focused working environment

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a comparable senior housekeeping position
• Senior-level housekeeping experience within luxury cruise ships, five-star hotels or luxury resorts
• Strong leadership and multicultural team-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and consistently high personal standards
• Confident spoken and written English
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm, structured and solution-oriented in a demanding operation
• Commercial awareness and experience managing supplies, inventories and departmental costs
• Willingness to live and work onboard for several months
