Your responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth and consistent service
• Lead, coach and motivate an international restaurant team
• Maintain ultra-luxury hospitality and presentation standards
• Welcome guests and build professional, personalised relationships
• Coordinate table allocation, reservations and special requests
• Handle guest concerns discreetly and find appropriate solutions
• Work closely with the Culinary, Beverage and Guest Services teams
• Monitor service quality, team performance and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene and safety requirements

Your profile

• Previous experience as a Maître d’, Assistant Maître d’ or Restaurant Manager
• Background in luxury cruises, five-star hotels, resorts or fine-dining restaurants
• Previous shipboard experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent professional English
• A confident and polished manner, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to lead by example in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to live and work onboard for several months
