Project Manager – Digital Platforms Operations

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery and smooth operation of our centralised digital platforms for the European D2C business. In this role, you will oversee request flows, ensure timely execution across multiple digital workstreams, and coordinate seamlessly with central teams and local subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans across centralised digital operations.
  • Align scope, timelines, and deliverables across diverse digital workstreams.
• Performance & Workflow Monitoring
  • Track progress of in‑flight and completed work across markets.
  • Manage SLA performance, reporting, and issue resolution (VOC).
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, design, and tech teams.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure visibility, alignment, and clear communication between central and local teams.
• Timeline & Risk Management
  • Ensure all deliverables meet global, regional, and local deadlines.
  • Identify risks and adjust plans to prevent delays.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital platform operations or digital services environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Kanban, SLA reporting, planning, and project control methods.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time.
  • Excellent leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms; experience with SAP Hybris is a strong advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence is essential.
